get to know me
Rooted in the Midwest and raised on ag life, I’m Hailey — a Brighton-born, Wayland-living photographer who fell in love with warm tones, golden hour, and capturing the moments that feel like real life, not a pose.
I grew up with gravel roads, sunburnt summers, and the kind of work ethic that comes from watching your family pour everything into the land. That’s why I’m so drawn to couples, families, seniors, and the ag stories that deserve to be remembered. These aren’t just photos to me — they’re pieces of your legacy, the memories your kids and grandkids will someday hold in their hands.🤎
Iowa photographer
At 21 years old, I'm building a life I never take for granted—one rooted in small-town Iowa, shaped by agriculture, and filled with purpose. I grew up on a beef cattle farm where hard work, family, and faith weren't just values...they were a way of life. Those roots will always be a part of who I am! Photography has become so much more than a business to me. It's my way of preserving the moments that matter most.
In November 2024, I lost my father— my biggest supporter and the one who first put a camera in my hands. Every time I pick up my camera, I carry a piece of him with me. His love, encouragement, and belief in me continue to shape not only the photographer I am, but the person I'm becoming!
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me at the gym, spending time with family, chasing Iowa sunsets, or making memories with my best friend—my husband. Together we're building a life centered around the things we love most: family, agriculture, small-town living, and the simple moments that make life beautiful.
Whether I'm photographing seniors, families, branding sessions, or the agricultural community I proudly call home, my goal is always the same—to create images that feel real, tell your story, and become memories you'll treasure for generations.
With heart,
Hailey H
